Please read these terms carefully before booking a trip with The Pow Guide.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a trip with The Pow Guide, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all trips, services, and activities offered by The Pow Guide.
2. Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. When booking a trip:
- •A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at booking
- •Full payment is due 60 days before trip departure
- •Prices are listed per person and in the currency specified
- •We reserve the right to adjust prices in case of unforeseen circumstances
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:
- •More than 60 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost
- •30-60 days before departure: 75% of total trip cost
- •Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total trip cost
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations.
4. Trip Requirements
By booking a trip, you confirm that:
- •You have the necessary skiing/snowboarding skills for the trip level
- •You are physically fit and in good health
- •You have appropriate travel and medical insurance
- •You will follow all safety instructions from guides
- •You have valid travel documents (passport, visas, etc.)
5. Liability & Risk
Skiing, snowboarding, and mountain activities carry inherent risks. The Pow Guide and its guides take all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety, but cannot be held liable for accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur during trips. All participants are required to sign a liability waiver before trip departure. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel and medical insurance.
6. Changes to Itinerary
Weather, snow conditions, and other factors beyond our control may require changes to the trip itinerary. Our guides have final authority on all decisions related to safety and route selection. We will make every effort to provide the best possible experience within safe operating parameters. No refunds will be given for changes due to weather or snow conditions.
7. Conduct
All participants must:
- •Respect guides, other participants, and local communities
- •Follow local laws and customs
- •Practice Leave No Trace principles
- •Not engage in reckless or dangerous behavior
The Pow Guide reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior endangers themselves or others, without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of The Pow Guide and protected by copyright laws. Photos and videos taken during trips may be used by The Pow Guide for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.
